What is your opinion of non-disabled folk using disabled loos?

I have to use the disabled loo at work because it's the only one they bother to keep clean. The others are proper minty. I feel terrible for using them, but wouldn't know who to complain to about the others. The loo we're supposed to use is actually a stock room. Yuk.

i use disabled loo's. i see no problems in them if the other is full. sometimes the disabled loos are better kept and cleaner. i fiure its that they dont use them often enough or staff priority is to clean disabled first.

I use them but if their was someone crippled waiting on a stall then I wouldn't use it. I would use the other bathroom.

I'm not disabled but i use that stall all the time. i'm a bit bigger so if i went in to a regular stall i would feel realy compacted. IF there is someone there that needs that kinda of stall i will go to the smaller one but if there isn't then i use the handycap one. It's not like im gonna be in there more then a min.

Complain to your boss then talk to the cleaning guy. at my work the Cleaning team come in at 5 leave at 9 so if an our office has an over nigth staff. people started complaing that the batherooms were dirty when they came in. I guess that thought that the overnigth people shouldn't use that batheroom or wash their hands.

It's fine as long as it's not crowded or there aren't any disabled folks waiting to use it or that need to use it.

It's a judgment call. If I use it, I always pay attention to who is around.

I use them. They are the only ones that have any room in them. And like you said, they are the only ones they keep clean. I don't use them if I feel the others are clean enough, but usually that isn't the case.

If they are not needed then I don't see a problem

If no is in there of if the bathroom is uncrowded, I see no problem with it. I use them all the time.

I don't see a problem - so long as there isn't a disabled person waiting to use it! The thing that annoys me is able bodied people using disabled parking spots, or people without children using the parent parking spaces in supermarket car parks.

why would you feel bad? If someone isn't using the bathroom, I use the handicap ones. There is no law stating that you can't.
