Will the conservative Republicans align with the liberal republican MC Cain?

Conservatives don't seem to like him too much

we do not seem to have much of a choice. To vote for a 3rd party or not vote at all would be to vote for hillary or obama and i could not see doing that. Our hopes is that mccain picks a conservative as his running mate.

Most of the time people vote for the lesser of evils not candidates they like, so by fall they will vote for McCain.

No, they don't have to. They can still vote for a heavy leaning conservative like Ron Paul. He's the only choice.

Yes. They will. The deepest roots of this country are Republican. "Liberal?" as in the Dem's who haven't exactly told us how on earth they plan to fund all their must have ideas except for "community work in exchange for affordable college tuition" or a mandatory wage garnish for the Health care for all plan? Liberal as in the millions of dollars in earmarks [pork barrel] spending that both Dem's have grabbed for their states but McCain has not?
