...boyfriend and has told the school that he is not allowed to pick up my son from school, now my ex has rights to his son, but does not pay the school or any child support and he does not have a court order saying that my boyfriend is not allowed to pick up my son he does not even live in the same state we live in. I go to school everyday after work and I need my boyfriend to be allowed to pick up my son, does anyone have any idea what I can do? The director of the school says that until his father agrees to let my boyfriend pick up my son they will not add him to the pick-up list. Now I know that they do not have the right to do this, I have had 2 attorneys tell me they do not have the right to do this but they can't tell me what to do about it. Does anyone have any idea about what I can do?
I can't take my ex to court because I do not know where he is, I do not have full custody, I am primary custodial parent, and I have had my attorney call the school and talk to the director.... I think I might be SOL..... Thanks for your help guys

If you have full legal and physical custody - you need to take that paper to the school and they will have you sign a paper that your boyfriend can pick up your son.
