Can you get into college with a GED? If so, yes. If not, no.

Yes of course.I didn't graduate high school, I took the California high school proficiency exam and thats equivalent to my high school diploma.GED is also equivalent, so you should be good. You will need to go to college and get a B.A. degree though.AND a multiple subject teaching credential.

You can get into a college with your GED, but it's best to transfer into an University via a Community College. You'll have to work harder to prove yourself to the College Admissions Office, but you can still get in with a GED. I have known some people to do it.Without a college degree, you will not be able to be a kinder teacher. You may find a job in a pre-school, but even they will want some college credits in early child development classes.Good luck!
