I am working on my degree in Secondary Education. Where are they hiring teachers?

It will be a while before I graduate, but I have noticed that my area is not looking for teachers. Is there anywhere that has a teacher shortage?
Just wanted to let you know that I am from Wisconsin.
My degree is in Secondary Education and I am minoring in History and English.
