| Hey all looking for some opinons on my workout program...? Im trying to get more cut and get in better shape as well as gaining mass. If anyone has any input or thinks I should do something different please let me know. Thanks! I alternate between chest/arms one day and shoulders/back the next. I also do 1.5 miles on the treadmil each day. Here is my routine.. Chest: Incline bench press 3 sets at 12, 8 and 6 reps (adding 5 pounds after each set Normal Bench press (same as above) Cable Crossovers 3 sets of 10 Incline Dumbell press 3 sets of 10 Machine flys 3 sets of 10 Arms: Cable Curls 3 sets of 10 Cable pulldowns 3 sets of 10 Sitting Bar Curls 3 sets of 10 Alternating Dumbell Curls 3 sets of 10 Day 2 Shoulders/Back: Bar pull downs 3 sets of 10 Close grip pull downs 3 sets of 10 Sitting Cable rowing 3 sets of 10 Dumbell Raises 3 sets of 10 Shrugs 3 sets of 10 |
