Is there any program or online website where you can look at possible custom

paint jobs on a vehicle? I own a 2003 silverado and I was wondering if there was a program, online website, or even a video game that would allow you to customize and see how the vehicle would look with different rims, paint jobs, decals, tint, etc. I know need for speed used sports cars but I own a 2003 Chevy Silverado, does anyone have a clue, I just don't want to buy decal or something custom for my truck without knowing what it might look like before I purchase something, like wheels or lift kits, etc.
