File Sharing program free of spyware & Adware?

I've been using Shareza but it has stopped working, tried to re-install but it still isnt working. Any others out there that wont bomb me with spyware?
Never have had problems with shareza and spyware. You just need to know what your doing.

I just want a different program that doesnt come bundled with spy crap like Kazza.
