I have completed Diploma in Computer Science And Engg?

hi, i have completed diploma in computer science and engg of 3 years polytechnic course ie.. 10+3 can i opt for MBA now. i know eligibility for MBA is degree is must but i wan to know whether cani opt after 10+3. can an body say some thing for this please.
