Where can I find definitive tutorials/instructions on designing MySpace

Layouts (not pre-designed templates!)? I want to develop my own MySpace layouts... without using any of these free or paid MySpace template sites. I'm pretty good with code HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, and AJAX etc. and new to MySpace. Just need to know how it's done.

Please do not recommend those generic MySpace template sites.
