I need help finding a grad school with a sports management program. I have a C...

...average for undergrad grades? I taking to online courses right now in the sports management field. I have work experience. I have a full time job in computer hardware sales and another job where I work at a hockey training center where I teach kids how to play hockey. I know I dont have the best undergrad grades but I have been doing alot of things since I have graduated. I also have a learning disability and didnt take meds in college now I do and they help.
