I am trying to decide on a Masters Program in Psychology...?

I am currently getting my BS in Psychology. I am going to go onto a Masters program but need advice about it. I already have a degree in criminal justice and think i may want to work as a staff psycholgist in the prison system. However, I also see myself having my own practice in the distant future. I know I will have to have a phd to do this and that is in my plan as wel. To do these things what field of psycholgy should i do my masters in? should i do general psychology, clinical...etc? Any advice would be appriciated!
