psychology and how it helps?

ok ive heard about this "i can psychology", apparently if use it you can do pretty much anything. i was just wondering how it works and how could i do it? Thanks

Yeah, it works that a positive mental attitude -"I CAN ..."- will work a lot better than a can't attitude.
Basically just figure out what you want, and then do it like it's as easy as walking.

Psychology is understanding behaviour.

Psychologists study behaviour, how we are influenced by past happenings, why we react as we do.This helps us to realise and confront problems and why we feel/react as we do.
I think you mean 'I can apply psychology'.
To tran you need to apply to the British Psychological society.
Or just examine your/other people's behaviour and try to understand the reasons why you/they think/behave as they do.
