I have a Bachelors in Psychology and about to get a Masters, how does the process

I have a Bachelors in Psychology and about to get a Masters, how does the process

work & what do I have to do? I am unsure of how the process works as far as if I should get a Masters in Psych or do I need to pick a certain area to specialize in and is it better to get a Masters in a different area? I am very confused and any suggestions on what to do would be great. I am worried that I will not be able to find a job, so I am trying to becareful what I choose to do because I do not want to prevent any doors from opening for myself... PLEASE HELP!!!!!
