What are the core requirements for a Masters in Psychology?

What classes do I need to take?

There are two different Master's Degrees you can take in Psychology. The Master's of Science is a degree that centers more on doing research and/or administration, while the Master's of Arts is more centered on 'therapy' ... but if you take an MS you can still do counseling, although for BOTH types you must have a PhD to call yourself a Psychologist. As to what classes to take ... it depends on what school you are attending, so I couldn't tell you that. ASK a school counselor to get the 'right' answer for the school you are attending.

It all depends on the school you go to. I would call the school or look on that website to see for sure. At my school they are changing around the degree plan. This happens alot at Universities.

a research methods class, probably a classical theory class and then a contemporary theory class, definately a social statistics class where you learn SPSS, can't think of what else.
