Is it possible to do Psychology as a GCSE for Year 11 only?

I am currently in Year 10, and I heard that I could do Psychology as a GCSE for the year 11 period only, even though I haven't done it in Year 10.

Is this possible? If so, I'd appreciate any direction in how I can set about getting on a course for that.
