Calling all Psychology students/psychologists?

Calling all Psychology students/psychologists out there. I am fourteen and interested in studying that when I am older. I am in UK but America and UK degree, how much it costs etc will be similar. I wouldnt mind doing that and specialising in Autism or Eating disorders. Roughly, how long would that take and how much would I get?
