PhD in Organizational/Industrial Psychology?

I am currently a Graduate Student close to graduating with a Masters in Human Resource Management. I am looking for Schools that offer PhD programs in Organizational or Industrial Psychology in Central Texas. UT, Baylor, and SFU, don’t offer the program and Rice turned me down. (Despite my 4.0.) There is no way I would ever consider A&M, even though they do offer the program.

Does anybody know a selective university that offers this program?

I have seen a few online programs, but those programs tend to be not as well respected.
