Need help with psychology test!?

Its asking me to "Contrast visual and verbal interpretations of a problem". I looked up "Problem interpretations" in my book but it doesnt say anything about either of these. Help!

Verbal interpretation of a problem can vary greatly ..depends
on the person being able to describe accurately and paint a picture in the listeners mind of what they see, and the listener must also be able to make the picture in their mind...where often a visual interpretation is clear straight away...

Hence the old saying ....a picture is worth a thousand words...
