Study, study, study, cram, cram, cram. And attend as many lectures on these subjects. Can U do any internships? Nothing like hands on experience.

Psychology isn't something you can learn over night, it takes a long time to learn about the theories and how they are applied. I would just revise as much as you can from you're note's and hope for the best. I'm sorry I can't be of more help but I've been studying Psychology long enough to know that you can't just cram it in, I've tried and failed miserably
