| It depends on the school you're going to.
Generally, it involves Psy 101, research methods in psy, statistics in behavioral sciences, developmental psy, biological psy, history of psy, group/social psy, abnormal psy, behavior modification, cognitive psy.... and of course you have to fulfill core requirements.
I think the most important psy classes for graduate school are statistics, research, biological psy, psychological assessment (usually as an elective). Also, it's important to get a year of research experience with one of your professors or a graduate student.
Maintain a 3.3 GPA +, get to know 3 professors very well for recommendations, and study hard for the GRE if you plan on going to graduate school. Initiate graduate school applications in the summer/fall semester of your senior year.
You will need to go to graduate school in order to become a psychologist or a psychiatrist. Also, if you plan to become a "scientist" of psychology, you will probably need a Ph.D.
Hope this helps, good luck to you :-)
