sweet_angel4eva2003 has a spectacular aura about
Psychology-social behavior?

In this exercise, that tash is twofold, FIRST, Identify the attributions for success or failure on "internal-external" and "stable-unstable" dimensions. SECOND, sift the attributions through the three bias filters-actor-observer bias, defensive attribution bias and self-serving bias.

QUESTION:
Jules worked hard to attain his Bachelor of commerse degree and he wanted desperately to get a recently advertised position as a senior accountant with a prestigious firm. However, he was turned down in favor of another candidate, who displayed more intiative, assertiveness, and savvy about this business community, and who expressed an open and expansive viewpoint that duly impressed the general manager.
