Could I be accepted into a PhD Counseling Psychology program?

I have an undergraduate degree in psychology from a top 30 university with a strong psychology program. My undergrad GPA was a 3.2. I currently work full time at Columbia University Medical Center as a research assistant, where I enter data, conduct assessments, and learn all about research. I ultimately want to pursue a PhD in Counseling Psychology. How good of a candidate am I?
