Need a quick answer!! Quotations?

Do you have to start a new paragraph for each time you use quotations... like here's a part of my story (how I wrote it originally)

hat night at dinner Stitch finally asked his parents what was pondering in his mind all day. “Mom, Dad….why am I so different? Is something wrong with me?” Stitch asked very innocently. All his brothers and sisters glared at him, he felt under pressure and very nervous. Both his parents (Mrs. And Mr. Keller) looked at each other calmly. “Kids, cleanup and go to your burrows and play for a while and then we will call you down shortly.” said Mrs. Keller. “What about me?” asked Stitch. “Yes, you too dear.” said his mother.
do I have to do this:

That night at dinner Stitch finally asked his parents what was pondering in his mind all day.

“Yes, you too dear.” said his mother.
can someone use my story and do it properly please?
