Does anyone know what an English Lit exam consists of?I'm doing 'Romeo and Juliet' and 'To kill a Mockingbird' |

| English Literature GCSE notes? for my literature GCSE we were not allowed to take in a piece of paper with notes on so i'd imagine it'll still be the same and it'll be the same all over the country or else it would be an unfair advantage to one school. So i had to remember lord of the flies =/But I still got an A so its all good |

| English Literature GCSE notes? Check with the invigilator. If such aids are really forbidden you could find that you are classed as a cheat and your papers are not marked. This will hold for every paper that you sit and there can be no hope of appeal. Learn what seems to be the bt quote that you have and the noted that go with it. You will only have minutes to answer a question and frankly it is impossible to treat the answer as you would a long essay. Pack as much fact into the answer as you can and include your own viewpoints.Regards and best of luck. |

| English Literature GCSE notes? heya im taking the exam this year too and ive got to tdoe the lord of the flies my exam consists of section a being on the novel which we are told that you can bring in the novel but all notes in it must be erased or taken out, and the second part consists of a poetry part where we have to compare 4 poems together. i dont think you are aloud to bring in the quote but you are aloud, me thinks, to bring in the book, coz we are, but i think this depends on what exam board your going with, im in the ocr higher teir literature so if its the same then im sure its okay but im sure you could always go on the exam boards website and check with the past papers to see if they share something in common or that they say that you can use the novel coz it should say on the front... anywhoo ill leave you the links to the exam boards and good luck with your exam =) =D sorry if the exam boards that you have arent there but im sure you can google it |
