GU-UN has a spectacular aura about
The answer to prayers is not yes, no and wait. What quotations in the Holy Book...

...will reject this fabrication? I don't know why some people love to make false fabrications about religion to oppose it! No religion says that God answers all prayers by yes, no and wait, but people establishes Websites to criticise religion based on this and other fabrications. I challenge them to quote the verses from the Holy Books to prove their points.

Siren5ong has a spectacular aura about
First point: nobody criticising a religion for its lack of veracity is going to use the same 'holy' book that the religion uses! The whole point is that there is no substantiation, and a 1700 year old book doesn't cut it as proof.

Secondly, the point about prayer not working is that you judge by the *response* - for example, if you pray to get an A at school, you either do or you don't.

If you believe that god answered your prayer to give you that A, you can, even though it might have been that you were good at your subject, the teacher was feeling generous, or a number of real reasons. If you don't get the A you can say that god moves in mysterious ways to justify the negative response.

It's not a fabrication, it's an observation.
