Looking for a certain religion?

I am looking for a religion that believes what i believe, but i can't seem to find one. I believe that everybody is going to heaven, but that everybody does receive punishment for what they did in their life on earth. I believe that all people are equal and everybody has the freedom of speech to freedom of sexuality. I see nothing wrong with shaving your head or growing hair too long as some religions do. I believe there is a God and that He created the world and everything in it. I have looked into the Bahai religion, and it is very very close to what i believe, however, there are some flaws in it such as the idea of a set prayer to say everyday, fasting for certain days of the year, etc. I have also looked into the Unitarian Universalism. Once again, there are a lot of things I like about this religion too, especially the idea of support of all spiritual growth and striving to that. Does anybody know of a religion that sounds like what i believe? I am struggling with this right now.
