Well I think it's about time I asked, because if Islam is a peaceful religion, there are too many so called home-made warriors rising all over the place. WTF is going on!?

I would think that it, as Christianity had been, is being used to gain power and control. The violence that is employed seems to be quite effective in getting people to fall into line. It cannot affect their heart unless they fail to think things through.

I think they are the closest followers of the Quran. But, I dont know if the majority of Muslims share their beliefs. I dont think that western muslims actually realise that Al Qa'ida members are actually better muslims than they are.
