i have a religion question ...?

so what if there was someone who lived in a place where they really wanted to learn about christianity, but they wern't allowed to or whatever and they didn't know how to, but they wanted to know more about Jesus. Would they be sent to hell? It's not very fair if you ask me. because some christians say that if you dont accept Jesus in your heart you have to go to hell ... but thats not fair if some kids or people dont know how to but want to
please dont have rude comments / thanks .
