I really don't like my religion?

Hey, I am a unitarian and I really wish I was Christian but for now there is nothing I can do about it because my whole family is unitarian. I really don't know much about being Christian...so I have a few questions. What can I do to show God, Jesus my faith because I can't go to a christian church and I really don't know how to pray. Thanks~

Remember, church begins in your heart. You can be sitting in a Unitarian church, but your heat can be next to Jesus in worship.

Being that your family is Unitarian, you should have no problem telling them that you are interesting in attending a Christian church. Unitarians are very open minded when it comes to different beliefs. Just talk to your parents.

After talking to your parents about your preference, talk to a friend who is Christian and ask if it would be alright if you joined them for church services.

As for praying, comfort comes with practice. Find a quite place and just talk to God. Prayer is more than begging God for something. Look up information on prayers and praying and that should help you out.

Unitarians are pretty open-minded. I am sure they would let you go if you asked. Before you go off to church though, I think you should read the Bible back to front including some texts that were left out like the gnostic texts. Understand exactly what the beliefs are first. Most Christians don't even read their Bibles thoroughly. Do that first.
