When does an opinion about another person's spirituality become judgmental?

When does it cross the line between a natural human assessment of your perspective, to become the arrogant kind of judgment Jesus prohibits in Mat 7:1? *

*A question about belief and spirituality inspired by the phantasmagorical Linz.

When the opinion loses flexibility and becomes a fact (to that person).
It is my opinion that you are very open-minded and a good person, based on your answers. That opinion could change if you suddenly start answering questions in a hateful, demeaning way. I don't see that happening, though.

Well... we all make judgments, religious or not, and that is okay. I think when it comes to name calling, threatening and accusing... then it's become something detrimental.

It crosses the lines in my opinion when someone belittles, bashes or berates a person and their beliefs or non beliefs.

We all are human and need to agree to disagree more often in my opinion.

It really is a fine line and for me it is crossed when you begin making judgments about the state of that person's soul. It's all right to say that I think this person is lying, murdering, or whatever sin, but it's not all right to say this person is going to hell and I know this because I am judge and jury.
