If you vote based on religion, you're in for a big surprise?

religion should have nothing to do with politics. perhaps a good sense of spirituality should be shown but if someone votes for a candidate solely based on their religion that just proves to show how brainwashed and ignorant their own religion has made them. when someone will not have an open mind to who these people really are due to the fact that their beliefs are not the same is just wallowing in ignorance. you don't even know if your candidate truely believes the same they may just make the claim to get the popular vote. have we not heard of priests who molested little kids, what kinda shit is that people actually looked up to those guys. religion needs to stay out of leadership. morality has more to do with spirituality than worshipping a being you think is higher than yourself, when in fact it could very well be yourself(thus blaspheming against your own soul?) claiming a religion to gain popularity only shows you know how this game works, not that you have good intentions
look at bush he's a christian(right? at least he claims to be) and yet he got us into a pointless war(any war that kills people is pointless, search your soul for that answer, if you have one). anyone who has done research on who benefits from war knows that he and his buddies are making profit from others' deaths and the income of oil. I can hardly believe americans voted this guy in(twice! though there's suspicion he cheated) and they still stick with where he's going. c'mon the guy is a fcuking moron if you can't see that you probably are too no offense but quit watching t.v. and motivate yourself to learn something. you can't claim to know whats best if you don't have EVERY SINGLE LIFE in mind. america is throwing plant growers in cages yet abusive mothers and rapists go free because cops are too busy looking for drugs? what the fuck is that look for the violent criminals not hippies and potheads what the hell is wrong with this country??
