What can we do in the Religion and Spirituality forum about the excessive...

...violation notices for chatting? It seems like most of the R&S regulars get violation notices for chatting.

What are your feelings about chatting. Do you feel that this should warrant a violation notice?

If not, how do we get the powers that be to reconsider this as a violation notice?

(With my luck, this will receive a violation notice for chatting).
