Who founded the religion of Creationism?

Henry Morris is considered the founder of creation science, if that helps.

Go to the library and find any literary text significant to current civilization or pick a religion, any religion and read their books and you will find one story of another of creation. Remember, evolution really doesn't explain why the universe was created but how. It's recent discovery at that.

God is the creator. Thats why all other man made theories fail. They can not create a living thing only destroy them or at best copy (clone) God's work. Even if you believe in the Big Bang, God had to create it. Think about the Big Bang in reverse until it was a very tiny nano-sized sphere that could be completely described using quantum mechanics. Using the idea of "Shrodinger's Cat" (of the Copenhagen interpretation of Q.M.) which says that every possible quantum wave type of our universe existed until it was decohered into the one we live in now by someone "observing" it. Those initial conditions became the facets of physical law and that "prime observer" had to be God Almighty himself. Step wise logic like "if A=B and B=C thus A=C" never leads to the mystery of God. Even Kurt Godel showed how flawed logic is using logic itself...
