How do you define spirituality?

In order to have spirituality, do you have to believe there is a God and humans have a soul?

More self-delusion, though far less offensive than outright religion.

Spirituality is an infinite science and there are many paths which can lead to the same goal. Spirituality impacts all aspects of our lives. In research it was found that 80% of all things that happen to us have a spiritual cause. So it would be impossible to define it.

All beings have the soul inside which is the same principle as God and is in state of absolute bliss, absolute truth and absolute consciousness.
We do not experience it due to the sheath which separates the soul and God. This sheath is our mind, intellect and ego.

Spiritual practice leads to experiencing that we are the soul.

You can read more about it below

No, I don't think so.

I know some pretty spiritual atheists actually.

To be spiritual is to know, or to reach for, the divine. An atheist may not believe the spark of God resides within him or her. But it is there none the less. So when they are good people, grounded and caring - honoring the gift they've been given (life) - yes even an atheist can be spiritual.
