Not expecting anyone to answer them all, but general consensus would be nice

1) In context of the bible, why are the gospels called Matthew, Mark, Luke and John when the likelihood of those books being written by those said disciples are...none?

2) What if John 14:6 was meant more as a metaphor rather than "literal truth"? What would Christians think then? Humour me here on this one.

3) Why is Muhammed known as "the Last prophet" to Muslims?

4) Why are there so many different aspects of Buddhism?

5) Where did the term Yahweh first come from?

6) Anyone know any good links with Mayan/Aztec/Incan mythologies, etc?

7) Why are St. Paul's letters included in the new Testament, but the Gospel of St. Thomas not, if both were sainted?

8) In ancient roman mythology, what was the top deity called?

3) Somewhere in the Quran this man is called "the seal of the prophets". Muslims interpret this as the last prophet.
