Religion will affect relation?

I met a woman, very beautiful, inteligent, smart, nice.
The thing is: she is anglican (protestant) and cares a lot about her religion (goes to church every sunday!)
I'm catholic, but i don't care a lot about religious stuff. (I have friends of other religions.)
Last month, she invited me to go (with her) to a religious service in her church. I refuse nicely.
Since then, seems to me, that she's always teasing me with catholic jokes, (some are funny...) and religious issues.
The problem, is, deep inside, i feel if we carry this relation, we'll have problems in the future, because of the bloody religion...
