A question of spirituality ... and moving forward?

Also if you don’t believe in the spiritual path or guides … please move on, mostly because you’ll become bored quickly, and the eye rolls will hurt your head …

For those of you that are still reading …

Have any of you who are on a spiritual path ever felt as though you have hit an impassable wall.

Let me explain. I feel as though I have come as far as I can on my own. I feel as though I need help to get to my next "level." But I don't know where to begin or where to look. My guides only tell me that I have gone as far as I can go on my own. I know that when you stop looking things become clearer, but I feel like I'm going to come out of my skin if I don't get moving forward again. Meditating has become very difficult because of this anxiety I am feeling. No its not a panic attack !

Has this happen to any of you and if so how did you move up and forward.

Kat - Thank you. I do find myself writing my thoughts which has helped. Perhaps I need to write more ...
Thank you Queen - It was my intention to just rest, but the more I rest, the more I feel like I'm going to come out of my skin ... I will continue to try and be patient.
