Am I naive in thinking that it's obvious religions are wrong and there is no god?

sometimes I'd thought it's obvious.

but then I am reminded when i talk to different people, that it's not obvious to many.....

is it obvious to most people that religions are incorrect and god is nonsensical?

While you may not be wrong that religion when viewed from an objective perspective is obviously wrong, it is also clear that it is not obvious to many people. Most people tend to stick with the religion that they were raised with, or if they switch, it is to another religion. This is probably because they are not rationally considering their choices and find it hard to let go of some kind of belief.

God is very sensical, and religion makes a lot of sense, sometimes it's hard to see.

You aren't naive, just wrong. I'm not judging you either, I'm a Christian and I have had thoughts like this before. Trust me, there is so much evidence of a god and a creator.

You should try going to church sometime. you may like it.

I don't think it's obvious to most people because that's what they grew up with. If religion were just sprung upon them when they were older, they would probably not buy it.
I can't blame them. It's hard to think critically about something you've always known.

It is *not* obvious. Indeed, it is not even verifiable. It is nearly as far from "obvious" (logically) as anything can get.

just because religions are wrong, that does not mean that there is no God, it simply means that either, God has spoken to man and we screwed it all up, or HE never spoke with any of us........i tend to think the latter
