real estate agents?

I found out my friends live in a complex i am considering in buying in. he knows the developer and told me to contact and deal directly with him.
However I have already been approached by 2 realestate agents, they have my contacts but i havent signed anything or made any offer to them... they have shown me inside, although my friends have already shown me theirs which is similar... is there anything wrong with me dealing directly with the developer now?

No, deal with the developer. If he tells you to go through his agent, then do that if you want to.
