Obama's and Clinton's views are sooo similar that each have said that they would support the other...?

They would support each other 100% if the other gets the Democratic nomination. As I said before, thier views, foresight, and overall message is extremely similar... Now my question is this... Because of these above mentioned statements, for the good of the democratic party, why would Clinton supporters vote for Mccain if Obama was the choice, and why would Obama supports vote for MCCain if Clinton got the ticket? It seems to me it would more a vote of spite, anger, and a childlike pouty behavior type of vote, rather than a supportive, do what's right for your country democratic type of vote. For the good of the Democratic Party, why would democrats want to do this, and give the Republicans more power in the over all government...Please I want logical answers and not answers like 'Anything is better than Obama', or 'Obama sucks', or 'Clinton is a loser'... Everyone has flaws, but both candidates would supoort each other, so why wouldn't the voters do the same?

No, they aren't similiar. But you would like us to think so. This is an attempt to try to get her supporters over to your side. Not gonna work on me.For one their health care plans are very different. Also clinton doesn't want to give billions in aid to africa at a time of economic crisis. Those are two I can think of right off.Hillary also doesn't falsely promise 400 community hours for a paid college tuition.

No matter who gets the nomination it appears like the other one was cheated out of it and the people that voted for the other will feel disenfranchised. Many Democrats are moderate or conservative and have idealistic problems supporting Hillary or Obama and McCain is really the only one that is moderate on many issues. Hillary is not supporting Obama, she is staying in the race even though there is now no chance she can get the nomination. You have to ask yourself why she would be doing this if it hurts Obama. The answer: beat Obama up and let McCain win in the general election and then Hillary can run again in 2012 with a I told you so mantra. If Clinton wanted to help her party out she would do the same thing that Mitt Romney did for the republicans, bow out and get behind the candidate of the party for the good of the party. Shows that Clinton will do anything for her own benefit, party be damned.

i think the obama supporters will be voting for the next president of the usa obama!!!! now the clinton supporters are clouded and confused. alot of white america voted for clinton becouse they are going to vote for mcbush and cant handle a black man in office. those people that vote like that i dispise and they really need to grow up instead of "fixing" an election.

As an Independent, Many of us who are not happy with Obama don't vote out of party afflications or obligations, only what issues that matters to us as Americans. We don't need to satisfy the needs to make the top democrats happy. We need the practical solutions, not logic or idea- washy wishy ideas. We need an aggressive person to be able to lead as the Commander of the Chief. Be able to keep America safe while dealing with the abroad state terrioism, and need an aggressive person to be able to work on another issues to be able across the party lines to work with three parties,Republicans, Independents, and Democrats. I see in that in Hillary or MC Cain, not in Obama. I see as Obama is more of follower person than fighter in Obama's body. It is not about Republican's issue anymore. Hillary surprised me how stronger she is and very determined. Hillary's adviser said, she may goes for an independent, not offically yet.
