the Uchiha is known to have the power to control the nine tails..and Uchiha Madara was the one who unleashed the nine tails, so that is why Sarutobi doesn't trust the Uchiha.

Royal because Hyuuga was the ancestors of Uchiha? but since only the main fam can maintain the eye technique the strongest doesn't always survive and it always revolve around the central family so it's too small to be feared or they hide themselves and not battle cos they don wanna risk the main fam?
