Is Finlay really from Ireland? Because he was working WWE security back in 2005?

Okay, when my husband and I first started watching wrestling, we were and still are HUGE Eddie Guerrero fans. We thought we should get caught up on everything we had missed, so we went out and rented a whole bunch of pay per view matches that were on DVD. If I am correct we did this back in late 2005 after Eddie had passed away. Anywayz, we were watching the last Judgement Day pay per view that had Eddie on it. Well, I cant remember which match it was but if I remember correctly a huge brawl started and security was called out. And I could not believe what I was seeing, there was FINLAY before he ever made his WWE debut, working security and he was hollering at one of the wrestlers with a very heavy New York accent. Y'all I promise I am telling the God's to honest truth. Go back and watch it. It is the Judgement Day with JBL on the cover. I am 100% positive this is him! You will not be waisting your time by looking at it! Just wanted to share that with y'all.
