Is there more security inside the Airport than Outside of the Airport?

Security inside of the airport is very tight. e.g. body check, luggage check, weapon check, shoe check, laptop security check. etc. It was so easy for someone the other day to jump over the fence and it took a while for him to be caught. Exactly what is happening in this scenario........There is always an open door, you just have to look around the corner.

Sure there is always an opne door, but really outside is more protected. The inside security really in my opinion is a waste and most of the security people can't find weapons when tested. Outside there are electric fences in some cases. A person would be easily spotted running across the tarmack also.
