Does anyone on here work for Social Security office?

I am going to go to my local office Monday but would like to know beforehand, answers to my questions if possible
I will be brief ...IRS sent me a letter said I owed money from 2006. My husband is very good at doing his taxes . So I called IRS and they said Soc. Sec. said that the taxes on my Soc.Sec. for '04 and '05 haven't bben paid on money I got from them..Well somoeone has made a mistake because I never got Social Security until '06. So do they owe me money?
So I don't confuse anyone they didn't say we owed money from '06 .
