| I am taking my landlord to court for not refunding my security deposit, I sent him
a letter and the keys to? the home when i moved stating my new address where he could send my security deposit he never called me or responded, I paid my rent on-time every month, and i have receipts and there was no damages to the home i have pictures, what all should i take to court to help win my case? so far i have pictures, copy of letters that i sent to his home, phone records of me calling him but him not calling back, text message of me calling him, and his father phone twice. what else do i need?
