| social security and child support?
I have a 9 and 6 year old daughters with a deadbeat dad. He does not support them in any way. I live on and Indian Reservation and am taking him through tribal court. I also have a state case with him that is active from when he lived in the city. He lives on the other res. now. I know if there was a warrant issued from the state case they could not come on the res. and arrest him right? And how do I "push it" for a warrant? My question is he states that because he is receiving social security they can not take it out of his check but I thought they can? SSI they can't? Well my stepfather gets social security and they used to take it out of his check from his other kids. Any advice is good. The sooner the better. THANKS!
