What do I need to do if somebody is using my name and social security number?

They are using my name and social in the same city that I live in, but with another address and different second name, this have being going on for years, And I have proof of it, what can I do to clear my name from this problem.

Put the account on fraud alert through Trans Union Fraud Dept. Their toll free is 1-800-680-7289. You should request your free credit report from annualcreditreport.com or call them toll free @ 1-877-322-8228. Call Social Security @ 1-800-772-1213, they should be able to direct you to the fraud dept.

i would contact the police and go from there
