Can some one get temperary permission to leave Tx to attend a court date in

California to get sentenced??? My brother is currently in Texas serving 3yrs for violating probation(missing court date). Well he has a pending case in Califonia from way back that he hasn't taken care of (another missed court date) he has a warrent out for missing court. We got an attorney in California that is trying to get him sentenced and have that run concurrent w his present time.... THE only thing is that California needs the person in court for the PLEA and sentencing. What can be done if he is in custody in TEXAS and is just trying to get a temp extradition just for a court appreance in California??? CAN this be possable??? He doesnt want toserve his time in TX then get extradited to California and do more..., he wants to get his time (once sentenced in cali to run w the present time in TX) SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE W THIS >>> THANKS
