How far should a relationship progress after a dating a month?

How far sexually should a relationship progressed after dating a month.

I know this is vague but i just wanted a basis. I am 19 and he is 23 so i think that makes a big difference. We have been on 2 real dates and have hung out about 2 a week since we started talking. He has already spent the night at my house. And we have done a few things but have not slept together. Is this pace about normal or is it fast? Oh and i am a virgin and i am positive he isnt. He always takes the lead when we do anything.
